| Dude seriously, I can not believe youth camping is already over. I had so much fun over this weekend. For this past weekend, I spent most of my time if not all of it with Yvonne, Laisa, Wesley, Rebecca, Henry, Peter, Wilson, John, Jen, Chris, Julie, Kim, Gundy, Mark and I think that's it. Overall throughout the whole camping trip, it was really enjoyable with all the random activities being done together and the bonding we all had with God. We did lots of activities like staying up till 4 AM, hanging out with wonderful friends, singing and praising at the bonfire, rock jumping, rock climbing, setting up tents, playing mafia, cooking, eating awesome food and so forth.
God, I would like to thank You so much for this blessing over this weekend. At first, I hesitated to go, scared of numerous reasons coming to my head. One of the biggest fears I had was that I would not "fit" in with this new church or feel welcomed. However God, You've blessed me in an unbelievable way; making me feel so much part of the church as if I've known them since forever and just in plain words, having fun. Thank You so much God for this weekend.
Thanks so much for each person that has been with me this weekend. Thank You for the simplest things like even the fun moments I had with them. Yvonne for example, thanks so much for even letting me get to know her. She is an awesome person who truely made me feel so much more comfortable with the church itself. Laisa, it was awesome just talking with her and keeping warm with her. lol. Wesley, it was neat having him to talk to and to make me laugh. Rebecca, it was also neat getting to know her more and become closer with her. Henry, I'm glad that he came as well to keep me company and help me. Peter, thanks for the laughs he gave upon us. Wilson, having him company made the days funner, John, for giving us the rides and making us feel so much more enjoyable with our surroundings, Jen, for her wonderful voice and filling the camp with love, Chris, for his crazy talent at the guitar, Julie, for her warm company, Kim, for letting me reunite with an old friend I once met or remember seeing. Gundy, for making us stay up so late with funny and inspiring stories, and Mark, for letting me know him a little bit more as well. Oh God, You are so truely awesome and thank You so much for this weekend again. Also, thank You for letting all of us come home safely and for my brother, Kenny, for picking me and Henry up and driving us home. Last, but definitely not least, thank You for the people who showed interest of how my trip went. Thank You again Jesus. I ask God, that from the people reading this entry that You will show them how wonderful You really are and all the awesome things You can do. |
